Evince! What a great word for the fabulous “Word of the Week”. Simple and easy to understand. In the above sentence simply insert the word \u201crevealing\u201d in place of \u201cevincing\u201d and you will get the idea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Evince is a transitive verb (characterized by having or containing a direct object).  It also can be used as evinced or evincing.  Defined as ” to constitute outward evidence of….to display clearly: REVEAL”.

Evince is pronounced as you would in the word \u201cevent\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“She evinced<\/strong> an interest in art at a young age.”<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

“The teenager caught shoplifting seemed to evince<\/strong> no remorse>”<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
